    The item was described as ‘new’ and no damage was listed. When it showed up, it was very securely packaged but the item has quite bad damage on it. When I contacted the seller they didn’t seem to care. The item is a collectible and wasn’t cheap. I am NOT happy with the service. The seller offered a refund but I would never have bought the item if they’d have just told me it was damaged!! So disappointed. FALSE ADVERTISING.

    The Blastoise VMAX box arrived to the customer with a dent in the corner of the box. The contents of the box were not damaged. We empathised and offered a 10% refund on the item, or a full refund upon return. The customer wanted a 37% refund for the item. We refused. We posted the customer a return label as they indicated they did not have a printer. We do care very much about our customers, as indicated by our other feedback, and I feel we dealt with this issue appropriately.
