    Excellent transaction, seller's service was 5-star and the item was good quality, great price, as described and well packed. Unfortunately, Parcelforce had damaged it during delivery despite seller's good packaging efforts, and so I had to return for refund. During the return transit, Parcelforce damaged the item further so seller had to open a case but eBay closed it in favour of refunding. Seller's communication throughout all this was courteous and respectful. Thank you.

    The rubber feet were missing from the packaging. I informed the seller who responded quickly and resolved the issue just as quickly by giving a partial refund to cover the cost of purchasing replacement feet from eBay (lots available). Otherwise I am very happy with the ladder and with the replacement feet you wouldn't know the difference. Great product. 5 star communication Fast free delivery. I recommend this seller.

    Excellent service ordered this mattress on the 13th of May and it was delivered on the 15th. It arrived well packaged in very good condition and was free delivery. The price was very good value. I Haven’t used the mattress yet as I’m waiting for it to expand but I’m hoping it will be comfortable when in use as it looks good. I would recommend this seller.
