  Cannot say enough about this seller and the chandelier I purchased from her. Very responsive and friendly service. Shipping was extremely fast and the company she uses was very professional!   Sells cheap-brand chandeliers that can be found on Amazon for half her prices. Sells low quality fixtures with misleading pictures and descriptions, stating that these are high-end & have “a RH or Rocco look” which is a huge stretch. Gave me a hard time with returning a poor quality item that I was unhappy with. Fortunately, eBay has buyer protection and I was able to return it with their intervention. Seller also delayed processing my refund & I had to escalate it to eBay. BUYERS BEWARE
