    Excellent service . Initially the first XBox I received was faulty and the wired controller I received didn't work. When I let Pureloop know there was no problem and the faulty Xbox was returned and was replaced very quickly without a fuss. I never got a replacement controller as promised but considering I never expected one in the first place I would not hesitate to recommend this seller . Excellent service 😎👌
