I don't think this is the seller fault but actually the delivery driver, I have just found my package outside on my drive absolutely soaking wet, the box included it was going to be a gift and now I can't gift it, it also said it was delivered on the 03/01/2025 but I have only just seen it today, no emails to say it had arrived or anything.
