    Arrived in poor condition compared to the add description and photos, due to not being rapped or protected in anyway for transit, the currier didn’t take any care of the bonnet in transit chipped scratched all over . Made an excuse up that the currier wouldn’t insure it if it was wrapped. offered £60 for postage back for an item that cost a fortune.

    We cannot change the couriers policy. Some chips were shown in the ad. You were offered a £60 refund & you keep the bonnet, or a FULL refund for the return of the bonnet at our expense. You agreed to return, then refused to let courier collect twice. The issue here is that you bought a Jerez black bonnet for a Sapphire black car & tried to extort us for a £300 refund to get a free respray. You already had £110 of discount on this & we did everything we could to try and help you. No return opened
