    This item was not Makita. I checked wit Makita about this, no serial number. The item was packaged with the address in China of the factory, so pretty obvious. This is not the first time for this seller if you look at feedback. emails often were not answered. Refund given on last day after many emails.     The dual-bay external HHD enclosure arrived very promptly, securely packaged and beautifully finished. It was also available for a very good price. I've not had a chance yet to install it but I have every confidence it will work as expected. Assuming no problems arise I'd be happy to deal with Qareebgalleria in the future.
