I received my shipment very soon after I placed the order. Unfortunately I could tell the package was severely abused by the shipping company when I received it. The box was torn, crushed and part of the content were also crushed and damaged. I contacted the seller immediately with photos of the damaged products and they sent me the replacement promptly. I really want to compliment their customer service and their sincere effort to correct a problem which wasn't their fault in the first place.
