We almost always dispatch via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, so no long waits or wild goose chases for budget couriers!
All of our parts are tested prior to removal and visually inspected prior to dispatch.
We aim to dispatch same-day where possible, when items are paid by 1pm.
We offer 30 days returns on most items, return postage is on us if the item is faulty or not as described.

    Seller takes photographs of the best possible example of used car parts (They are a breaker) Yet they send out parts that are the same 'in name' yet a different example in a terrible state. This seller quite flippantly told me that he would get eBay to remove my negative feedback. They have been reported to eBay for misrepresentation. Buyer be aware what you are buying is not necessarily what you saw in the sellers listing! In my case this armrest was fit for the trash can!

    This buyer was abusive in tone before purchasing, abusive in tone because I had used Royal Mail to dispatch, and abusive in tone upon receipt of the item. I told him to keep the item and accept a full refund and asked whether the item had been marked in storage or I had sent the wrong part - it turns out I had sent the wrong part (same part from another car) but because of the manner in which the buyer behaved he still has no arm rest.
