The original package with the item was packed very well with a strong styrofoam box and good taping. The item box was totally undamaged and the contents were in new condition. Item took 15 days to arrive from ShenZhen, China. There was some moisture condensation inside of the product box with the item inside. Likely packed in humidity and then opened in cool air conditioning.
