    On 11/7/24 I contacted seller thru eBay, I told them that the product didn't work, Sylvia replied and said they didn't want the part returned and they would give me a full refund, I said yes to the refund. 11/12/24 I never heard back, I sent a update request, they said they had bank issues if I could wait a few more days, I said yes. 11/13/24 they said they would contact me to confirm, never heard back? Please read the messages from them, I sent eBay a complaint on 11/12/24, please investigate.
