  Amazing customer service! Package arrived on time and as described but when trying to use I noticed half of the remote wasn’t working. At first I thought it was the batteries but when I switched them for a brand new pair the it still wasn’t working which lead me to believe it got damaged in shipping. Finally when I contacted the seller for help, he without hesitation sent me a new replacement at no cost. Amazing! And even better, the second one shipped faster than the first! Very happy custmer

  A reasonable price for the set of two remotes. Shipping was fast and the remotes had their own sealed baggies. Padded envelope protected the remotes. I chose to buy these remotes from this particular seller after seeing their high marks from customers. I was processing the same remotes from another seller who offered a sale price about $2.00 less in total. When I clicked to see the total the seller had marked the item up. I wound up paying about 50 cents more with this seller but I’m very happy.
