The transaction went good. The item was nicely packed and arrived by the time it was predicted... However, as a professional photographer, the scanner I ordered was not what I expected. Maybe I was expecting too much for this price range. It doesn't produce professional images. Maybe just a quick preview. I ended up photographing my slides on a light table, and that was much better than the scanned photos. They don't accept returns, so my loss.
