    Item turned up damaged its not the delivery company fault it’s down to seller for poor packaging methods I payed a fare price for my item so you would think a bit of care /effort would be added To add insult I contacted the seller to let him know the product was damaged and they deliberately ignored the message had to wait 3 days for eBay to step in to arrange a refund My honest thought this seller has no care for their business and it clear to see they have no care for customers please avoid

    Received quickly - thanks - my only gripe is that I ordered 3 x 200g and received 2 x 300g - it was the same quantity but I bought them for 3 different people abroad who can't find this product there. The person taking them was flying out in the next few days so I had no time to return them and ask for the correct packaging. Luckily they all know each other so they can split them but it would have been easier in the 3 packets I ordered, not the 2 I received.

    Ordered 2 packs each of a spice, one was birdseye chills. One should have been free as per their buy 3 get 1 free offer. I received just 3 packs and the 2 packs of birdseye chilli’s I received was just 1 pack of an extra hot chilli, same weight. So not only did I not receive what I ordered, but I didn’t get the free pack. When I contacted the seller they gave me a refund on just one bag. No idea really of appreciating how they got this simple order so wrong. Not recommended.
