    Purchased item based on the item photos as it matched that of my previous Amazon purchase so it was easy to identify I had chosen the correct item. The packaging of the items delivered however (one was loose) is different although thankfully the item itself is still compatible with my ear thermometer. While the item description is accurate, it would be beneficial to potential buyers that the item photos depict what will be supplied. Otherwise, a great price & fast delivery, thank you.

    Item arrived promptly but was damaged. It was packaged well, but these things happen. Seller was very helpful with great communication. I was offered a replacement, but as it was for my coffee machine, I was suffering from caffeine deprivation. I panicked and had already sourced another one. No problem receiving refund which was actioned straight away. Can't recommend seller highly enough - problems happen, but it is how they are dealt with which is telling. Excellent in this case.     Service= OK. Item= appears to work . Post/packing= sent in very thin plastic bag with no protection. Arrived in 2 pieces, Quality= supposed to be genuine Bosch/Tassimo but plastic bag indicated a German manufacturer . Description= seller could have made it clearer that this was the straight spout version not the bent spout as I wanted. Price== one of the cheapest. All in all I am satisfied with everything apart from the few petty things detracting from a potential high standard.
