  The coffee machine itself is very good quality and sturdy and looks nice. It was also new and good value. My five stars is also for the seller.....I would give 10 if I could !! I ordered the machine and then realised I put wrong address !! I requested to cancel the order and explained. Received a very prompt reply that yes, they can do that and await my next order. I ordered again and was shipped very promptly. Very willing to help even though I had made an error. Excellent customer service !
