    very bad experience, i travelled to birmingham to collect the wahser, the seller dd not have the one in listing in stock, in place he offered a used and repiared fridge from warehouse, complete disaster and extreme shame

    Our apologies for the experience difficulties, however, you never complain to us about the item you bought, and we always keep our customers happy. you always have 30 days for a return if you are not happy with the item. it's not fair you didn't give us a chance to solve your issue. the item was for collection only you have all right to cancel there and then if you dont like the item, as a buyer we can force you to buy the item if you are not happy with.
