One toner was faulty. Seller replaced it straight away. The delivery of the replacement was delayed. I notified seller and within less than 24 hours I received the toner. A few hours later I received the delayed toner which I sent back to the seller. Customer support is excellent. 2 out of 4 toners were Lexmark genuine remanufactured toners. I wish the other two would also be remanufactured Lexmark genuine toners but to be honest they seem to work properly.
