    Not sure about the packaging, it came in a tiny plastic box and the stylus guard fell off in transit.. impossible to tell if it's brand new as no security seal on packaging.. the listing does describe delivery in trade packaging, and i understand its a budget cart but I'm not impressed..

    TRADE PACKAGING! They Come To Us In Packs Of 500! All Packed 50 To A Tray! Now From There I Remove Them & Pack Them In The Small Boxes. The Boxes Are Taped Closed & It Is Impossible For The Stylus Guard To Come Off! Security Seal ? Really ? You Buy In Trade Packaging You Aint Gona Get A Pretty Box With It! I Have Sold Hundreds & Never Had Anybidy Else With An Issue. It Could Be Because When This Buyer Received The Item He Bleated On About The Above & Expected Money Off. I DO NOT DO MONEY OFF!!!!
