  The package arrived broken (see image), and the game was in fact not new OR unused. However, great communication by the seller and I recieved a refund without having to send the package back. He explained that "these" (Sims 3 expansions, I presume) were a bit of a hit or miss and he apologised. I would still recommend, but to be aware that these mistakes do happen.

  Package arrived 12 days after ordering. It had been repackaged and arrived with a gap in the shrink wrap on the side, everything else was basically in order. It came with everything else expected of it. The EA code inside had already been used. While I mainly just wanted to have them physically for the hell of it was not factory new nor as described. However in the end I still in a way got what I wanted. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Value is decent.
