    I actually didn’t receive this item, it was entirely EVRI fault. The seller was in constant contact with me, and tried to ring and live chat EVRI to no avail, and even went to his local depot and had no joy. He has given me a full refund, as he had no more of the item to send to me, and will be out of pocket himself. His customer service is exemplary.

    Unfortunately the monitor stand was damaged, I think it happened during transportation, everything else was described correctly. I took the stand apart, the broken part is visible in the photos, unfortunately this part is not sold separately. I will try to find the stand. I will not return it. I don't think it's the seller's fault because the monitor was really well packaged. The seller shipped the package very quickly, so 5 stars. Thanks.

    Perfect; ordered 09:59 on 20 February, called by seller at 10:21 (to check that I would be in on the morning of 21 February) and parcel delivered by DPD at 10:40 on 21 February, 25 hours and 29 minutes later. Item is as described with all power and data cables included. The box was a bit beaten up but the monitor was immaculate in appearance and works perfectly. An excellent transaction, and I would definitely use EVE IT Outlet Store again.
