    Terrible experience. Seller sent a used, poor quality item but listed it as new. It was overpriced compared to the market. When I requested a refund, the seller responded with anger, accused me of scamming, and refused to cooperate. Very rude and bullying behavior. No professionalism or customer respect. Buyers beware this seller is dishonest and aggressive. eBay should investigate. I do not recommend buying from this seller.

    The product you are purchasing is new and has never been opened. We sent photos to confirm with you before we shipped. This one is new, but you keep saying it is used. We have to suspect you are a scammer.

    Instead of the Jginyue x99-8d4 on the pictures and listing, I received the Huananzhi X99-F8D. CPUs are the correct ones. Since the value seem to be the same for both and the board itself seems to be working fine for now, no point in returning the item. Only missing the 2.5Gbit ports that seem to be the main difference. But since I plan on a 10Gbit NIC anyway, this does not pose a problem. Package was VERY WELL packaged and sealed and arrived very quickly!
