    Face powder arrived inadequately packaged, smashed to pieces; no use & SNAD. Seller resorted x2 to disinterested rote messages, offering 50% refund, meaning I had paid half for an unusable item. Then they started hiding behind 'seller is out of the office' function. The simple answer was a full refund or a replacement adequately packaged; seller did not do the right thing. This is not a seller I can recommend but I STRONGLY recommend looking at their feedback for a pattern of poor service.

    This is only a Neutral feedback because I received the item….. eventually. Product is fine and as described. But never ever in my entire eBay experience or shopping experience have I ever had to pay for postage when the item is trying to be delivered by Royal Mail. I first presumed it was dodgy but nah, this cheap seller will say it’s free postage but when the item is delivered there’s another additional fee to pay which the seller is too cheap to pay. Deffo avoiding this seller for future.
