  Asking for feedback on an order that has still not been fulfilled is a bit tone deaf to honest. delivery has been extended without explanation or contact and the tracking of parcels was not possible as the order numbers would not open the tracker as the number was incorrect. Even after cancelling I have had no contact and expected to wait 5 days before i can push for my refund! Why? I didn't take 5 days to pay for it. Very disappointed

  The product you purchased is an electrified product, and its transportation is already slow. The UK customs need to review it before releasing it, so the transportation time is slightly longer than usual. When you messaged me, I had already processed a refund for you, and I also informed you of the specific reason for the slow transportation time of the product! I think this negative review is nonsense!
