I sent a message which, due to an IT glitch, seller didn't read a nd so posted it. I wanted to change the size from 7 to a 10 for a different family member. Seller replied and offered a full refund and we could keep the mistakenly ordered size 7. My Ma replied saying it was it unfair to receive a refund AND keep the mistaken order. Sad end to what should have been easy transaction.
