  Hi. I ordered this late one night but it was the wrong size. I sent a message which, due to an IT glitch, seller didn't read a nd so posted it. I wanted to change the size from 7 to a 10 for a different family member. Seller replied and offered a full refund and we could keep the mistakenly ordered size 7. My Ma replied saying it was it unfair to receive a refund AND keep the mistaken order. Thanks very much seller for being very kind ☺️

  Bought 2 jack adapters previously- no issues. Purchased 3rd - unfortunately the seller sent a completely different item than ordered - received earphones instead of jack adapter. Messaged - no response. Opened Return as incorrect item received - returned item received by seller- still no reply. Opened case with eBay. eBay refunded. This seller doesn’t communicate when something goes wrong. Sad end to what should have been easy transaction.
