    If you check my order number:04-11840-96975 you will see that I paid for items priced at £1.99 each with a discount for multi-buy (2 @ £1.89 each) total £3.78 as is verified by the attached screenshot of my order details in purchase history on your own website. I have only been refunded half of my payment and am in receipt of NONE of the goods. If the vendor is doing this to other clients, they must be raking in a sizeable amount of return for no outlay.
