  Quanto ricevuto non era esattamente quanto riportato nelle foto dell'inserzione ma il venditore mi ha contattato spiegando che mi avrebbe mandato prodotto similare (stesso produttore e stessa gradazione alcolica). Ho accettato, però mi piacerebbe che il venditore mettesse sempre le foto di quanto effettivamente vende.

  si, è capitato che il prodotto scelto fosse terminato, ma non abbiamo detto che avremmo spedito uno similare, bensì abbiamo prima chiesto, inviando foto, se il prodotto similare andasse bene (stessa marca stessa gradazione alcolica), altrimenti avremmo potuto annullare l'acquisto. Ma è sempre stata una decisione dell'acquirente.
