    Happy with my Boat Shoe purchase, shoes received as described in advert and well packaged. Good comms and delivery. Happy to recommend purchasing from this seller and would happily purchase from them again in the future. The one small downside was with Yodel who delivered my package, I received a message yesterday advising my shoes would be delivered yesterday which did not happen until today. This is not the first time this has happened to myself with Yodel.

    The description stated ‘slip ins’ but I received ‘slip ins’. Very difficult as I had just had surgery and couldn’t get them on. Slip ins are at least twice the price as the ones I received. On contacting the seller no help was given. Infact they were quite abusive and I was told to ‘go to sleep!’. After surgeřg I had no fight in me. The seller apparently listed by a code inside the shoe not by actually looking at it!!!

    The buyer refused to accept that the code serial number relates to the product description details. Was asked to return instantly and offered a full refund in return. The product they purchased just wasn't for them and tried to force a partial refund for us. No return was made and messages stating they had put blood on the trainers. A very silly transaction and was not needed as a seller. We continue to ensure all our customers are happy and have a resolution for any issues.
