  Specifically ordered two blue mop heads , when ordering you can choose screw or push in. Blue or red. I chose blue. When they arrived I got two red. Contacted the seller to be told there’s that basically you get what we send at the time. Lucky dip. I asked for a refund as they were not what I ordered or “ fit for purpose “ only to be given a 50%. Refund. Don’t buy from this site unless you don’t care which one you get. Absolutely a scam …

  Sorry for the confusion. The listing mentions “Assorted Colour” and no colour selection was offered. We still issued a 50% refund to keep you satisfied.

  I ordered a powder coated black dish drainer but unfortunately when my order arrived it was chrome. I messaged the seller & they sent out the correct colour extremely quickly. Their customer service was great & the mistake was resolved promptly. I'm very pleased with my order, it was as described. I would highly recommend this seller 😊

  It arrived damaged due to poor packaging. On complaint the seller offered £1-49 compensation, ridiculous. EBay offered full refund but could not guarantee full refund of my return postage cost. The seller knows this which is why I heard nothing from them. Honest feedback is important which this is. Buyer beware here!

  First Class, 8 bars of Soap sent instead of 12 by mistake( it can happen). Contacted Seller who imediately offered to refund 50% of the purchase price, which I accepted. Very good and quick response. I can definitely recommend this Seller, and would use them again.
