    I was v very pleased as I had ordered 2 of these gift sets as a present. When they arrived everything g was fine other than the Superstart product was 5ml and not 15ml as stated on the website. I contacted the seller and sent him photos to demonstrate the issue. The seller responded v very positively and sent me additional product. I was very pleased at the experience and would recommend this seller. It's important if something isn't quite right that you can have confidence the seller will sort.

    I ordered 2 items of make up and were sent 6 items of make up which were the wrong colour and no good to me. I checked that I had ordered correctly which I had and contacted the seller several times over the last week and this is still not resolved. Have asked for a refund but the seller wants me to send the six items back at my expense which I won't do as it was their mistake and would not be cheap.I will not be using this seller again and I will be taking it further if I don't get my refund.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchase 2 items on 31 March, 17 April contacted them as they didn't arrive. 18th they said they were looking into it. I contacted again on 28th, as not heard from them, was told sending me new ones. 8 May, contacted again asking for a refund as still not arrived. 14 May recieved 1 item by first class post. Have asked for a refund of the second item, I'm not hopeful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
