I won their auction for a commercial grade shelving unit for a paltry sum, but their friendly and responsive communication was absolutely perfect. I asked if I could be given a few minutes on collection to pull the unit apart so it would fit in my car, but on arrival I found that they had already broken it down and carefully wrapped it.
