    The product I originally bought was not available but there was good communication around this, and a switch was arranged for a similar product at the same price. They provided pictures of new item when asked and it was sent quickly and I received it in good condition. I would have appreciated a mention that there would be no power cable included. I recognise there was none in the image but it would have been ideal to put it somewhere in the description because I needed to use urgently.
