    I ordered this bog oak bridge almost a month ago and still haven't received it. Pioneer Bowes says that haven't received the item for shipping. I keep getting notifications saying that it's coming tomorrow but when i actually go to tracking it states that still haven't received the package. I ordered two other items from the U K and i received them 2 weeks ago. I Would Not do business with this company.!!!
