    I ordered Pravana hair color. Arrived quickly and was packaged well. When I went to remove the contents, the product had oxidized. I contacted the seller to let them know, they asked for a picture, I sent a picture, then, nothing. No response at all. I feel their customer service is inadequate.

So I didn't get 1 of my items and I didn't get a refund. I suggest ordering from a different company because items I did receive didn't seem authentic.
