Exactly as ordered...Package left the shipper and was delivered to my home state....sent back to the shippers state, and finally delivered to my state. None of this is the fault of the shipper. UPS is not giving the best service these days. My suggestion is to give FedEx a try.

💯 AWFUL SELLER - REMARKABLY DIM . 😳🤯 Bought item on 11/15… Messaged seller on 11/20 to find out when they were shipping -No reply. Item arrived 11/27 - BROKEN. Plate was poorly packed / insufficient packing materials / “Fragile” nowhere on the box. Notified seller. Said they wanted the chipped plate (which is unsellable) returned & only then they would they give me a refund. So they paid to send back the broken plate and now my money is tied up till they receive it… Just WOW. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Package was damaged - no fault of seller. Packaged extremely well. She refunded me my money even though I did not purchase insurance, which was extremely kind of her. Communication was extremely quick and very, very kind. Wishing her the best throughout the selling on ebay. Very, very personable.

I accidentally left this feedback for an identical product - the package that they sent was not broken ~ it was an identical product. I apologize for leaving this feedback. Item that shanangains sent was delivered promptly, in one piece and was packaged very well. Received item in fabulous condition. I apologize for stating it was damaged - when it was another pottery piece that was delivered broken. Again great seller, smooth transaction.
