The trousers ordered had a label on as my size but were approximately 3 inches too small, requested another pair as replacement but I had to choose what size, rather than get any advice. The replacement pair were massive and the main button was missing. Returned both pairs after opening a returns case, but I ended up having to pay for the postage. So it cost me time, money and grief buying from this firm. I suggested that the sizes were brought into line with standard UK
