  Item arrived on time, as described, in very good packaging. Unfortunately, this brand new item did not function properly when tested. Contacted the manufacturer who was unable to offer assistance. Contacted Railfan who immediately issued a prepaid return shipping label and refunded my money. While it is unfortunate that the item had some type of defect, this seller responded very quickly and accepted the item back and gave a full refund. I would do business with Railfan anytime.
