  Ordered item which was more expensive than others because it had a quick delivery time. The seller didn't action my order until two days later when questioned when item would arrive. Requested cancellation as hadn't been despatched, would arrive too late plus complete lack of communication. Seller responded telling me to please wait two more days and didn't try to help at all. Couldn't refuse delivery. Don't need or want item now.
