Obviously mistakes happen, but I received no reply to a message I sent, and after requesting a return, I heard nothing for several days, up until the date eBay said I should request help if the issue hadn't been resolved. I eventually received notification of a refund. This seller could communicate better, and respond more quickly to customer queries.
