    Not sure about the packaging as it was, eventually , delivered to my Mother who is registered blind. Communication with eBay, tracking and seller was unfortunately, for whatever reasons, limited. I had believed there was no items available as the only message on tracking was that there was an error with the order. I could not navigate any pathway to establish the error or how to resolve it, therefore I believed the item to be unavailable.
