  After placing my original order I could tell from my courier Tracking that there was going to be a delay with my delivery. They eventually sent a statement saying “Package damaged in Transit, contact supplier”. I was also contacted by ‘Rainstore’ (via eBay) who offered an immediate replacement sent out. My goods (optical audio cable) then arrived as promised. Communication was good throughout . Thank you.
