The seller kept me updated multiple times letting me know what was happening and when the item would be shipping to me as it had been delayed a couple of times. It was worth the wait and is probably the most interesting and well done mermaid that has been put out by December Diamonds in many years. They need to get back to quality, design and releasing more mermaids than they have been. I recommend this seller.
