    There was a supply issue when I purchased mine so sadly, I did not recieve it but the seller contacted me as soon as the issue arose. A full refund was provided and I was more than satisfied with the service I received. When things go wrong you need a seller with this standard of customer service so despite the issues I would buy again from them.

    Brilliant. This is my second one, my daughter took my first one. I ordered it Sunday evening and it arrived an hour ago….fantastic. One complaint and nothing to do with the company or product. Royal Mail did not knock on my door, just left it outside. Luckily I was in the hallway so heard the lift and looked outside. Maybe a word to Royal Mail from the company to actually knock and deliver please. Thank you. Great fan, great company.
