I ordered a toothbrush that never arrived i messaged and got no response so opened a case with Ebay, then received a message pleading with me to shut the case as to not ruin their business, stupidly I did, not realising it could not be reopened and now I can't get any response from seller and hae lost £33

    Item supplied damaged by Post Office with damage bag containing most contents. Vendor contacted & requested full list of contents. Sadly not provided (requested twice). This would let me identify what bits were missing from Package. Sadly never provided. Vendor offered £2 so I could buy replacement tool(s) and tape. Insufficient refund when a pack of 2 tapes was £1.68 on its own and no idea what any other tools would cost me! I suggested £3 more reasonable but sadly vendor has yet to provide it!

    It's now a week since 1 paid and nothing was delivered. Contacted seller and he said he will come back to me in 24 hours. . It's now 5 days and noone has contacted me. I have written again to seller and he never replied. I have reported to police as fraud. Please don't loose your hard earned money to this seller. He will take your money and ignore you afterwards. I am now fighting to get my money but I wish someone had told me THIS IS A SCAM. THIS SELLER IS FRAUD
