    I have given a positive experience, here is why. I received this beautiful gift for my grandson christening and it arrived broken. The seller quickly sent out another. The second one arrived in good packaging but the head of the giraffe was broken off. The seller responded quickly saying that a refund is on its way. Thank you seller for you kindness.
