The ashtray is adorable! The packaging was amusingly excessive, but I appreciated that the seller wanted to ensure I received it in one piece; it was successful. It was advertised as 3 5/8" but was actually 5" in diameter, so it was bigger than I'd anticipated. I don't know what happened there, but it wasn't a problem for me. I love it because it makes me smile.

You way over charged me for shipping. And you know this!! You took advantage of me!!! I received my item in a re-used flat box- no packing, no nothing. I paid $68.58 and was charged $37.00 for shipping- IT WAS THE SLOWEST SHIPPING I HAVE RECEIVED ON EBAY- when I purchased several items more bulky and larger than this purchase on the same day- I PAID LESS FOR SHIPPING AND RECEIVED THEM FASTER! I understand the cost the seller has to face- packaging+driving*shipping But this was OUTRAGEOUS!
