They refused, ranridebikes told me to contact ranridebikes. Asked for refund same day, refused, never sent bike, had to wait 6 weeks before they said it wasn't sent, and now they have a solution but won't tell me what it is. Have my mobile number but only text. Never supply a name. If you do business with this crowd expect to be disappointed.

This 61-year-old, 5'3", 150lb male, 2 year warranty on a 100nm strong, attractive mag fat tire, full suspension, larger battery, Hydraulic brake, 27 speed with pedal assist can give you a constant fast momentum uphill. First ride was 21 miles city and scenic road bridge. In pedal assist 3, my second ride was 14 miles on foothill railroad incline. motor was fairly quiet. Switching gears was smooth as butter. Amazing! Lot of battery juice left. Mountains are next.
