  I was looking forward to receiving this jug, it came in pieces, which I sent photos and they kindly refunded me straight away…but it’s glass, it came in a flimsy box with just a thin bit of bubble wrap round it… I had some candles wrapped more securely, I’m just suggesting you send out better packaging for yourselves and the customers
