Small family run business selling a variety of new and used products, we aim to post all purchases the next day using Royal Mail or Parcel Force 48hr services (when possible). We are still working full time in our main jobs so we might not be able to reply to messages straight away but we will reply the same day.

Listed as “A brand-new, unused, unopened & undamaged item” but it arrived open. Seller admits they open them as their own quality control is better than Zyxel’s! Router is scuffed so either seller handled it roughly when checking it or it’s refurbished/used which is the real reason the box was open. 2.4GHz Wi-Fi is slow & unreliable. The web GUI SSL cert. is invalid. SMS messages are unreadable in Zyxel’s app. I couldn’t register it. Seller doesn’t accept returns. I am taking this further. Avoid
